What if I can’t make my appointment?

Call immediately and reschedule. We do have a NO SHOW Policy: “No call, no show” you will be billed $50. After three no-shows we reserve the right to refer you to another practice for primary care.

Is Dr. Pecher accepting new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients. Please contact the front desk to arrange an appointment- current waiting for a new patient appointment is 1 month but you may request to be placed on the cancellation list in order to be seen sooner.

How long does it take to get lab results?

Most results are back in 1 week, biopsies may take an additional week: results should be discussed at a follow-up appointment in order to maximize your care. (Actual timing is dependent on the lab in question.)

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring the New Patient Form Packet, completed and signed. it is also good to bring any/all medications you are currently taking. including prescriptions, over-the- counter and supplements in the original bottles.

Does Dr. Pecher take my insurance?

Each patient should call their insurance company and ask if Dr. Stefana Pecher is an ‘In Network Provider.” If she is not, ask if they have “Out of Network” coverage on their insurance plan.

What is the difference between The Country Doc Family Medicine versus The Country Doc Walk-In & Wellness Center?

The Country Doc Walk-in & Wellness Center was formed in October 2012 and is located on the main level of the same building as Dr. Stefana Precher’s Family Medicine practice. We believe in creating a campus of world class medical services along with a focus on health and wellness options.
